English Essay
English essay is a tricky paper and most of your exam is based on this subject. In the competitive Exams, there is a separate paper of three hours, where you are asked to write down an essay on one of the given topics, Usually there is a wide range of topics and selecting one of them is not a difficult job.
The candidates make a common mistake of selecting the topic in hurry. They just think about 5-6 headings and start making outline. Here i would like to suggest you, that you may spent a whole 30 minutes in selecting your topic and making outline, Because all your essay will depend on this brain storming of 30 minutes.
Next important point is make outlines of 3-4 essays on the rough pages. Do not think about starting an essay with much better material, think about ending it...
In the given Syllabus of English Essay, no specific readings are recommended, however, i am uploading the two books here, which i found very productive in my CSS Preparation.
